Lunch with Ben Field

Join us for our annual luncheon to honor the labor movement. We'll welcome South Bay Labor Council Executive Officer Ben Field for a conversation about local, state, and national initiatives to support working people.

Before his election as Executive Officer in 2012, Ben Field served as Chief of Staff for the Labor Council from 2009-2012. Prior to joining the SBLC, he served as a Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County for 15 years, where he prosecuted a variety of cases including murders, sexual assaults, gang offenses, and white collar crimes. He is also an adjunct professor at San Jose State University, where he has taught courses on the U.S. presidency, constitutional law, judicial politics, law and society, and political history.

COST

PARKING
The Convention Center offers parking at $1 for every 20 minutes ($3/hour). Current D21stCC Members get $5 off the luncheon cost when they show their Convention Center parking pass at the registration table.
