Monthly Luncheon with Rebecca Gordon
We invite you to join us for our monthly luncheon featuring a conversation with Prof. Rebecca Gordon. Dr. Gordon is a philosopher, author, and activist known for her work on U.S. foreign policy, war crimes, and torture. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Philosophy department at the University of San Francisco (USF). She will speak on the state of immigration in the United States and how American interventionism in Central and South America have contributed to the current crisis under the Trump administration.
Rebecca earned her PhD in Ethics and Social Theory from the Graduate Theological Union and has authored numerous books, most recently American Nuremberg: The U.S. Officials Who Should Stand Trial for Post-9/11 War Crimes. She is a regular contributor to TomDispatch.com and serves at the Leo T. McCarthy Center for Public Service and the Common Good.
