Lunch with Mohan Gurunathan
The global impacts of human agriculture are enormous. In this talk, we will explore the surprising connections between our daily food choices and climate change, deforestation, species extinction, water scarcity, world hunger, human health, and many other serious environmental and social issues. You’ll learn how governments and industry have distracted our attention from a critical lever that is essential for saving life on Earth as we know it. Finally, we’ll discuss how simple changes, adopted on a large scale, are the key to solving some of humanity's greatest challenges and preserving the planet for future generations.
